The Services Development Representative will be responsible for proactively driving customer engagement via confirmed appointments, opportunity generation via 1st call qualification, and profitable growth by advancing services opportunities aligned with Strategic's focus partners and associated business. This position will be primarily focused on gathering detailed information on prospects to then proactively engage with customers to generate net new opportunities while developing and maintaining relevant technical acumen. The candidate will act as a resource and liaison between Stratascale Client Advisors and Enterprise Architects that align with their respective target accounts. The Services Development Representative will report to the Director, Partner Alliances and Enablement.
This position is in Charlotte, NC and required to report to the Stratascale Charlotte Office.
