Job Summary

The Sr. Transformative Services Advisor is responsible for driving growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Stratascale’s transformative services organization. These services may include digital transformation, process automation, change management, and other innovative solutions designed to improve business operations and outcomes.

 

This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the transformative services sector.
  • Incorporate Stratascale’s technology business units into overall client transformation strategy
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding and staying current with trends in digital transformation and business process improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategic business development plans.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective, transformative solutions to clients.
  • Delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Ability to facilitate and manage client-facing workshops.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing business.
  • Meeting or exceeding set sales targets.
  • Providing feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
  • Collaborating with marketing to drive marketing initiatives and promoting transformative services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of LEAN and AGILE frameworks
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the transformative services sector.
  • Strong understanding of transformative services and digital solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and networking skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Ability to train and disseminate information within an area or operation and work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to influence and lead all aspects of sales cycle and engage appropriate internal and external subject matter experts as needed
  • Ability to engage and discuss technical and non-technical concepts with a wide array of customer audience types including C-Suite, VP/Director, Architect, Engineer and Analyst resources
  • Ability to participate and lead demand generation and marketing efforts focused on pipeline generation

Unique Requirements

  • Onsite customer engagement preferred, virtual customer meetings when appropriate
  • Travel can be as high as 50%

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $210,000 - $280,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
