Job Summary

The Business Enablement, Site Operations Coordinator, plays a pivotal role in the overall support of the business and operations in the Stratascale Charlotte, NC headquarters. In this role, you will have a wide perspective of the organization through direct support of the Charlotte-based Stratascale Leaders, office operations, and related events.  

This individual must be dependable, organized, and display strong attention to detail. As an Site Operations Coordinator, you will create and maintain office procedures, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.   The Site Operations Coordinator acts as a liaison between local property and maintenance providers as well as coordination with SHI facility resources.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

Office Management 

  • Maintains and provisions building, office, and parking access and procedures for local team members and visitors 
  • Monitors and fulfills supplies needed for office operations
  • Coordinates maintenance activities related to the local equipment or facilities
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Manages shipping, receiving, and mail/package distribution
  • Liaison for facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Maintains Stratascale branded merchandise in collaboration with Stratascale Marketing
  • Act as a local point of contact among Stratascale leadership and team members
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires 

Executive Coordination 

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for Charlotte-based Stratascale leaders
  • Organize and host town-hall-style internal meetings leveraging modern video conferencing platforms 

Event Management 

  • Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site activities, like celebrations, conferences, client meetings, and large team huddles
  • Collaborate with SHI, Stratascale Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure events follow applicable expense and branding guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, technology, or communications
  • Minimum 4 years professional work experience in a related role

Required Skills

  • Capable of prioritizing tasks based on impact and urgency
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective decision-maker, leveraging appropriate sources of information in thought process
  • Uses sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Technically savvy with advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms) and a variety of videoconferencing tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management, Change Management, and/or Communications
  • Marketing, design, or event planning experience a plus

Unique Requirements

  • 25% travel required for projects and conferences

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
