Job Summary

Stratascale is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our technical services consulting firm. Service Delivery Associates manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple, small to medium-scale projects from beginning to end, including client interaction and expectations. They help forecast future resource needs based on current projects and pipeline across cybersecurity, digital solutions, and transformative services. This position will schedule resources, manage escalations, track hours and budget, review deliverables, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project health. The Service Delivery Associate interacts with internal and external resources daily to ensure project success.

 

The Project Coordinator will report to the PMO Manager.

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to:

  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standardized tracking and reporting systems.
  • Manage project tasks and ensure they are completed within the allocated budget and timeline.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring they meet all contractual obligations
  • Conduct regularly scheduled status calls to update stakeholders on the project health utilizing status reports and project plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop contingency plans to manage them.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project progress, decisions, issues, and risk management strategies
  • Assist the PMO by managing resource allocation for projects, including understanding resource utilization and upcoming project pipelines.
  • Responsible for reporting on resource status and project assignments to ensure optimal staffing and resource utilization across all active and forecasted projects.
  • Support and collaborate with the delivery teams to maintain backend reporting and manage project data without our operational tools.
  • Support project invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project tracking and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with direct management to improve processes and procedures geared towards maximized efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 4 year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Project Coordination experience

Required Skills

  • Experienced managing Cloud and/or Cybersecurity service delivery projects
  • Experienced with Microsoft Project Plan and/or Jira
  • Experienced with resource management and allocation
  • Experienced with supporting Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experienced with multiple project management approaches including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Preferred candidates will understand the complexities of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Ability to manage shifting demands and timelines thinking through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Competent and proficient in Microsoft Office products

Certifications Required

  • CAPM, PMP, or other relevant project management certifications or willing to acquire within 12 months of hiring

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
